3 - Remote Attendance

I will record in my personal studio with you and/or your client & voice director in attendance

via most common video call platforms allowing you to direct me between takes.

I then send the files to you for your engineer to edit.

Or I can edit together your favourite 2 takes and send them "Ready to use" for a small additional rate.

4 - Leave it to me

Let me have:

• your script

• your notes on direction, feeling and pace

• the visuals / placeholder video

• the music / placeholder music

and I will record in my own studio. I'll record a number of different takes and send the best ones to you for your engineer to edit and add to you ad!

Or I can edit together my favourite 2 takes and send them "Ready to use" for a small additional rate.

I normally turn around a 2 minute video ad within 24h - but I'm also happy to deliver asap the same day if you're tight for time.

The more notes on direction and tone of voice the better... don't hold back!

It's also incredibly useful to have any music or stand-in track you are using (although I realise this isn't always possible).

Rates

The best approach by far is to get in touch and ask for a custom quote for your job.

It'll be quick and pain free!

In a nutshell you pay for 2 things:

• THE RECORDING SESSION (& edit if applicable)

This is based on an hourly "Basic Session Fee" (or BSF), minimum 1h.

Editing (where applicable) is charged at a much lower hourly rate, minimum 0.5h

• THE LICENCE TO USE THE AUDIO

• If it's internal, for a conference for employees only, direct to your customers then there is NO USAGE FEE.

• If its for Organic (non-paid) online use then I charge a use fee of 1 x BSF per year which covers up to three online platforms (eg. client website, YouTube, Instagram).

I can also give you a price for longer periods than 1 year (or in perpetuity)

but you may end up paying for time you don't need

• If its for Online Paid use (purchased adverts, ppc, Meta Ads, Instagram Boost, etc.) then let me know your paid for/estimated Impressions/Clicks and I'll work something out.

If you don't have this information then I can still work out a price but,

again, you may end up spending more than you need to.

This is usually based on 1 x BSF per 3 months per platform.
